At Vastu Home Decor, we believe in full transparency. These policies have been written in plain language — no legal jargon — so you always know exactly where you stand.
Standard orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation. Custom-printed wallpapers (made to your wall dimensions) require 7–10 business days before dispatch. Once dispatched, delivery timelines are: Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata) — 3–5 business days. Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities — 5–7 business days. Remote areas — 7–10 business days.
We ship via Bluedart, Delhivery and DTDC depending on your pin code and order weight. A tracking number is emailed and WhatsApp-ed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. You can track your order directly on the courier's website or by contacting us.
Orders above ₹5,000: Free shipping pan-India. Orders below ₹5,000: Flat ₹149 shipping charge. Fragile or oversized items (large wallpaper rolls, heavy fabric orders above 10m) may carry an additional handling fee of ₹200, clearly shown at checkout. International shipping: Available to 28+ countries; charges calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery and email us at hello@vastuhomedecore.in. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund within 5 business days of receiving your claim. Do not discard original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order is returned to us. In this case, re-shipping charges apply. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
International orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx with full tracking. Customs duties, import taxes and local handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping charges. Delivery times for international orders: 7–15 business days depending on destination.
